RSVSR How to Get 10k RP and 55k Cash in Flood in LS River

Most nights in GTA Online, you're not looking for "fun chaos," you're looking for progress. RP that actually moves the bar, and cash that isn't pocket change. If you've been bouncing between random jobs and wondering why it still feels slow, you'll want a cleaner loop—and it pairs nicely with other ways people build their bank, like checking GTA 5 Money options when they'd rather spend time playing than scraping. The trick here is using one contact mission in a way the game clearly didn't expect players to optimize.

Pick the right mission and set it up

The mission is "Flood in the LS River." It's old, it's simple, and that's the point. You can launch it from Pause Menu, then Jobs, then Rockstar Created, then Missions, and scroll until you see it. Don't overthink the loadout, but do think about survival: the NPC aim in this one is laser-like, and dying wastes more time than anything. If you've got an Armored Kuruma, bring it. If you don't, you'll feel the difference instantly, because pulling up in a normal car turns the opening fight into a mess.

Clear the area the safe way

Once you spawn in, drive straight to the objective and keep the Kuruma between you and the shooters. You can basically "peel" enemies off one by one without getting shredded. Pop out only when you have to, and don't chase anyone into weird angles—let them come to you. When the area's quiet, grab the package and head toward Gerald's apartment. This is where a lot of players go on autopilot, because you're basically done… but you're not, not if you're doing it for RP.

Use the timer to your advantage

If you rush the drop-off, you'll finish in a couple minutes and the payout feels fine on paper—around $13.7k and roughly 3.5k RP. The thing is, GTA Online's mission payouts scale with time spent, and it's not subtle. So instead of delivering right away, park up near Gerald's place and just wait. Ten minutes is the sweet spot people stick to. Don't go AFK in a spot where you'll get bumped or shot; just stay put, check your phone, maybe tidy your inventory, whatever. When the timer's been running long enough, step into the marker and end it.

Make it a repeatable grind, not a one-off

That delayed finish is what bumps the reward into the "worth it" range: over $55k and north of 10k RP for the same simple mission. Run it a few times and you'll feel your rank climbing way faster than the usual playlist grind. And if you're the type who likes to keep your options open—mixing mission loops with other upgrades, or grabbing currency and items when you're short on time—sites like RSVSR can fit into that routine without replacing the actual gameplay, so you're still earning levels while keeping your build moving forward.
