Season 12 endgame has a lot of solid stuff to chase, but the Bloodied Power objective is the one that makes people groan in voice chat. It's not hard in a "learn the mechanic" way. The Greater Ranking Cache: hype vs what you actually get

The cache is pitched like a proper payout. Materials, "useful" stuff like Fresh Meat, and a guaranteed Ancestral Legendary. So you crack it open expecting something that matches the pain it took to qualify. What you often see instead is a weird spread: an Ancestral Unique chest like Mantle of the Grey around 750 Item Power, which is fine, plus some jewelry that looks decent at first glance. An 800 Item Power Ancestral Legendary amulet can roll things like Maximum Life, Attack Speed, a Strength percentage, flat Damage, and Critical Strike Chance. For someone climbing tiers, that's not bad. You can equip it and feel sturdier right away.

Where it falls apart for min-max players

Once you're pushing the top end, that kind of amulet is basically filler. The builds that clear fast want +ranks to specific passives, the stuff that makes your whole board click. General stats don't compete. And the funny part is the reward loop: you had to find a super rare Bloodied Mythic to even earn the cache, but the cache doesn't care about Bloodied at all. No guarantee, no theme, no "here's a piece that fits the journey." It's just a normal loot pop dressed up as a milestone, and it can feel like the game's laughing at you for expecting more.

How players are dealing with it

Most folks I know treat the cache like a bonus, not a cornerstone. They run bosses for the real chase items, they salvage the cache gear if it's not perfect, and they move on. If Blizzard wants this objective to feel fair, the cache should at least lean into what it asked from you—Bloodied-leaning rolls, a higher chance at build-defining affixes, something. Until then, players will keep doing what they always do: optimize their farms, cut downtime, and use whatever tools help them stay efficient, including trading and marketplace options like U4GM for currency and item support when the RNG refuses to play nice.
