MMOexp ARC Raiders: Expedition Cosmetics Will Continue
The new trader feature is expected to ARC Raiders Coins allow players to preserve or carry over certain valuable items between expeditions, effectively softening the impact of seasonal wipes. If implemented correctly, that system alone could become a massive long-term reward structure for dedicated players.
Instead of chasing permanent stat bonuses, players may eventually focus on:
Rare cosmetic collections
Exclusive crafting materials
Expanded stash systems
Persistent item preservation
Seasonal unlocks
Prestige rewards
That would allow Embark to reward experienced players without creating major gameplay balance issues.
Expedition Cosmetics Will Continue
One important detail many players may not realize is that expedition cosmetics are not permanently missable.
The current Patchwork cosmetic set, for example, progresses based on individual completion history rather than global timing. If a player completed only two expeditions while others completed three, they can still unlock the missing rewards later by finishing future expeditions.
This system makes seasonal participation feel far less punishing than traditional battle pass models seen in many live-service games.
Changes Could Arrive Sooner Than Expected
Based on the current expedition schedule, the next window could begin sometime in late June. If Embark follows previous announcement patterns, players may start receiving official details only a week or two before launch.
That means the community could learn about these progressions and overhauls very soon.
Combined with the recently teased trailer update and the incoming trader system, it's becoming increasingly clear that Embark Studios is preparing for ARC Raiders Materials a major evolution of ARC Raiders throughout the remainder of the year.
