One of the most critical factors is ensuring high-quality audio, as poor sound can derail even the most insightful conversation. Equally important is minimizing distractions: background noise from ringing phones, doorbells, or electronic devices can undermine professionalism. If you’re unfamiliar with the technology, schedule practice sessions to build confidence and troubleshoot any issues.
